Freedom within structure.
A programme should not feel like a schedule to keep up with.
We are not planning hotel packages measured by the number of activities. Each stay is being shaped around an intention instead, six of them for now. They are meant to give your days a shape and a rhythm: structured enough to support change, flexible enough to stay humane.

Rest
- The Intention
- To remove the necessity of choice and give the body and mind room to slow down. Rest is treated not as an absence of activity, but as a carefully supported process.
- Who it is for
- For those who find it difficult to stop. For guests arriving exhausted from a sustained period of output or those recovering from intense work schedules.
- The Rhythm of the Day
- The day might involve long periods of unstructured time, slow restorative movement in the afternoon, and simple, generous meals.

Reset
- The Intention
- To gently interrupt familiar automatic patterns and introduce a more conscious pace. It is about creating space between the guest and their usual routine.
- Who it is for
- For those feeling caught in repetitive loops, carrying more than they can put down, or seeking a transition point between life chapters or major projects.
- The Rhythm of the Day
- The day might feel lightly structured: a morning meditation by the water, an afternoon exploring the landscape, and evening reflection, with freedom to skip anything that feels heavy.

Movement
- The Intention
- To rebuild a physical relationship with the body through functional mobility, rather than punishing exercise. It focuses on how the body feels rather than how it performs.
- Who it is for
- For guests who feel physically stagnant, those whose work requires them to be entirely sedentary, or those looking to rediscover the joy of moving naturally.
- The Rhythm of the Day
- The day might begin with a guided walk through the contours of the land, followed by dedicated mobility work, ending with quiet time in the pavilion and satisfying food.

Mindful Living
- The Intention
- To practice awareness in a supported environment so that it can be carried back home. It moves mindfulness away from just sitting on a cushion, into walking, eating, and interacting.
- Who it is for
- For guests overwhelmed by constant connectivity, those dealing with scattered attention, or anyone seeking to deepen their existing contemplative practice.
- The Rhythm of the Day
- The day might be very quiet. It could include structured breathwork, silent mornings, mindful eating experiences from the gardens, and guided acoustic or sound practices.

Sleep Rhythm
- The Intention
- To support a steadier sleep rhythm through darkness, quiet, a calmer evening and a room that does not hold the day's heat.
- Who it is for
- For those struggling with sleep architecture, frequent travelers crossing time zones, or guests whose evening routines have become dominated by screens and stress.
- The Rhythm of the Day
- The day might focus on the evening transition: morning light and movement, a slower afternoon, and an evening kept dark and quiet.

Private Journey
- The Intention
- A completely open framework. The intention is defined together upon arrival, allowing the retreat to respond dynamically to how the guest feels on any given day.
- Who it is for
- For returning guests who already know their preferred rhythm, or those whose needs do not fit cleanly into a single category.
- The Rhythm of the Day
- The day might change entirely from morning to afternoon. It could mean rigorous movement one day, and total silence the next, guided by continuous listening from our team.
