This website and who runs it

This website is published by KIKI Wellness Retreat ("KIKI", "we"). By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What the site is, and is not

The site describes a wellness retreat that is being designed and built at Kadadhe in the Sahyadris near Pune. It is information about a place taking shape, not an offer. The images and films on the site are architectural renders and impressions. They show the intent of the design; the retreat as built may differ in detail, planting, materials, light and layout.

Nothing on the site is a booking, a reservation, a price, an opening date or a promise of availability. There is no booking or payment on the site. An enquiry sent through the contact form is a request to talk, not a reservation, and creates no obligation on either side.

Nothing on the site is medical advice. Descriptions of wellness, rest and recovery describe an intent for the stay; they do not diagnose, treat or replace the advice of a doctor.

Using the site

You may read the site and send us enquiries. You may not use it in a way that is unlawful, that interferes with its working, that attempts to gain access to systems behind it, or that collects content or data from it automatically. The enquiry form is for people, not scripts.

Content and ownership

The text, images, films, drawings, marks and the KIKI name on this site belong to KIKI or to the people who made them for KIKI and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to the site. You may not copy, publish, alter or use any of its content for another purpose without written permission.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry you confirm that the details are yours and accurate, and that you are at least eighteen years old. We may contact you about KIKI using the details you gave. How we handle those details is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Links from this site to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

The site is provided as it is. We take care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or interruptions, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent Indian law allows, KIKI is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything in it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under the law of India.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about the site or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
